Where and when can I pick up my race package?
2009 race package pick-up will take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday before the race at the Quebec/Ontario rooms of the Conexus Arts Centre, 200 Lakeshore Drive.
When you arrive at the Conexus Arts Centre, enter through the ground-level SOUTH-WEST DOORS (not the main front entrance). There is a black sign just outside the entrance doors marked "Shumiatcher Entrance". The Quebec/Ontario rooms are down the stairs to your left.
WHEELCHAIR access is available at the South-EAST corner of the building. This is the staff/performer's entrance. Take the "up" ramp, turn left and enter through the door marked "staff & performer entrance". Stop at the Conexus Arts Centre security staff desk just inside the entrance and the security personnel will direct you to the elevator and the Quebec/Ontario rooms.

RACE KITS WILL NOT BE MAILED OR DELIVERED.
THERE IS NO RACE-DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKAGE PICKUP.
ChampionChip timing chips will be included in your package and there will be a $40 charge for chips not returned on race day.

I can’t make it to race package pickup during the scheduled times. Can someone else pick up my race package?
Yes, a family member, friend or associate may pick up your race package. A letter of permission signed by you must be presented to our race package pickup volunteers. This letter (a print-out of an email is also acceptable) should state your information (name, address, event, and the name and address of the person whom you have designated to pick up your race package. The person picking up your package must present this letter to our package pickup volunteers and they may be asked to provide photo ID. We just want to prevent any errors or nasty pranks from occuring.
However, there are many details that may not be fully communicated if you are not there in person. So, if at all possible, please try to pickup your race package in person.

I belong to a Bellamy Kia Relay Team. Can I pick up my teammate’s packages when I get mine?
With proof of identity, the designated captain of a Bellamy Kia Relay Team may pickup his or her team’s race packages.
My child is running in the Mini Marathon. Can I pick up my kid’s race package?
With proof of identity, the parent or legal guardian of a Mini Marathon participant my pick up his or her child’s race package.
What is a race package and why do I have to pick it up?
A race package is all the vital stuff you will need to participate in the SaskCentral Queen City Marathon. Without the stuff contained in your race package, you cannot take part in the SaskCentral QCM, whether you have already paid your registration fee or not.

Can you mail or deliver my race package to me?
We regret that we cannot mail out race packages, nor can we deliver them.
Can I pick up my race package at the starting area early on race day?
Again, we regret that race packages cannot be picked up on race day.
