Wow, you really like to plan ahead! We like your enthusiasm! The SaskCentral Queen City Marathon is typically scheduled to take place in September on the first Sunday after Labour Day Monday. Labour Day in Canada is the first Monday in September, so we'd be on the first Sunday after that.
