NOTE: Team members must register under your team name. If one member of at relay team wishes to run a separate individual event (for example, the full or half marathon), that is permitted, providing the team member registers and pays separately for the individual event. That team member MUST run the starting leg of the relay, wear two race numbers (the team number and his/her individual number) and wear two timing chips (the team chip, to be passsed off to the next team member, and his/her individual event chip).
Technical Shirt Upgrade For Half Marathon and Relay participants.
Tech shirt upgrade deadline June 15th
Tech shirts now available in Mens & Womens sizes - XS to XXL
Half Marathoners and Relay Team members who register by June 15th can UPGRADE to a technical T-shirt for an additional fee of $10.00 (That's five bucks cheaper than the 2007 price!)
These upgrade tech T-shirts are available in both men's and women's sizes, XS to XXL. Please take that into account when choosing your size. This is an optional upgrade and you can purchase when you register.
If you have already registered for the Half Marthon or Relay event and still wish to upgrade to the tech shirt before the June 15th cut-off, please contact us via email ASAP at runqcm@hotmail.com with the subject line: "Shirt Upgrade". All upgrade payments MUST be received before the June 15th deadline.
To allow enough time for the upgraded tech shirts to be ready for package pickup, the upgrade deadline is June 15th.
Absolutely no shirt upgrades can be allowed after the cut-off date. Half Marathoners and Relay Team members who register on or after June 16th will receive a commemorative cotton event T-shirt. Cotton shirts are in UNISEX sizes only.
Full marathon participants automatically receive a technical shirt with their race registration, available in both men's and women's sizes, XS to XXL. Please take that into account when choosing your size.
All shirts will be included in the participant race kit at package pickup. Any technical T-shirt upgrade will replace the standard cotton shirt in your race kit.
Shirt sizes listed for the McDonald's Mini Marathon event are CHILDREN'S UNISEX sizes, XS to XXL. Please note that adult S, M and L shirts may be provided for the children's L, XL and XXL sizes.
While it is not the responsibility of the organizers to mail out any unclaimed shirts, efforts will certainly be made to get unclaimed tech shirts to the respective participants.
