Race packages will not be mailed out or delivered.

NOTE: Team members must register under your team name. If one member of at relay team wishes to run a separate individual event (for example, the full or half marathon), that is permitted, providing the team member registers and pays separately for the individual event. That team member MUST run the starting leg of the relay, wear two race numbers (the team number and his/her individual number) and wear two timing chips (the team chip, to be passed off to the next team member, and his/her individual event chip).
Technical Shirt Upgrade Option For Half Marathon and Relay participants.
NOTE: Full marathon participants automatically receive a long-sleeve technical shirt with their race registration, in separate men's and women's sizes, XS to XXL. These tech shirts fit quite snugly, particularly the fitted women's shirts. Please take that into account when indicating your shirt upgrade size choice.
Half Marathoners and Relay Team members who register by June 15th have the option, when registering, to UPGRADE to a short-sleeve technical T-shirt for an additional fee of $10.00. If you have already registered for the Half Marathon or Relay event and still wish to upgrade to the tech shirt before the June 15th cut-off, please contact us via email ASAP at runqcm@hotmail.com with the subject line: "Shirt Upgrade". All upgrade payments MUST be received before the June 15th deadline.
Absolutely no shirt upgrades will be allowed after the cut-off date. Half Marathoners and Relay Team members who register on or after June 16th will receive a commemorative cotton event T-shirt. Cotton shirts are in UNISEX sizes only.
All shirts will be included in the participant race kit at package pickup. Any technical T-shirt upgrade will replace the standard cotton shirt in your race kit.
Shirt sizes listed for the Mini Marathon event are CHILDREN'S UNISEX sizes, XS to XXL. Please note that adult S, M and L shirts may be provided for the children's L, XL and XXL sizes.
While it is not the responsibility of the organizers to mail out any unclaimed tech shirts, efforts will certainly be made to get unclaimed tech shirts to the respective participants.
