Mail-in or Drop-off Registration

If you prefer NOT to register through our secure online system, you can submit a paper registration form in one of two ways:
- You can mail us your completed, signed form and payment in full to this address:
- You can drop of your completed, signed form and payment in full to your local Running Room store.
Full payment must be made via cheque, money order, or credit card and number (filled in on form). Please do not send cash through the mail. Please make cheques or money orders payable to Queen City Marathon Inc.
Please note: The registration fees for submitting a paper form (either mail-in or drop-off) are $10.00 higher (and more in the case of Relay teams) than the fees for online registration. This is to encourage online registration and minimize the many, many volunteer hours that are required to manually enter information into our registration database.
Please note: A processing fee will be added to payments made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). This applies to any payment made by credit card, be it via online or via mail-in or drop-off brochure. The payment will appear on your credit card statement as "Running Room Edmonton". TECH SHIRT SIZE WARNING: Tech shirts for Full Marathoners and Half/Relay optional upgrade are available in separate mens and women's sizes.
- Full marathoners automatically receive long-sleeve tech shirts with their registration.
- Half and Relay participants have the option to UPGRADE to a tech T-shirt while registering for an additional fee of $10.00 (upgrade deadline June 15th).
- All other participants will receive a commemorative sports bag in 2010. If Half/Relay participants upgrade to a tech T-shirt, the shirt will replace the sports bag.
- Mini Marathon participants will receive a commemorative sports bag in 2010.
- All shirts and/or bags will be distributed at race package pickup.

2010 Registration Deadlines
- Barring an event selling out early, online registration closes at 11:59 PM (local Saskatchewan time) on Tuesday, Sept. 7th, 2010.
- Barring an event selling out early, to allow for manual database entry, mailed-in registration forms must be received by race organizers (not mailed or postmarked, but received) by Monday, August 30th, 2010.
- Barring an event selling out early, forms dropped off at Running Room locations must be received by Monday, August 30th, 2010.
- Barring an event selling out early, anyone wishing to register after these times must do so in person at race package pickup, where the higher brochure prices will apply.
- No registrations will be accepted at race package pickup for any event that is sold out.
- Concerning event switches, additional fees may be requested, depending on circumstance. Please refer to our event switching information in the FAQ section of our website.
NEW FOR 2010: Participants who contact us via email by August 13th to officially withdraw will be eligible for a 50% refund on their registration fee, less any credit card processing charges. After August 13th, no fees or payments will be refunded for any reason.
- In the case of an event selling out early, any mailed-in or dropped off registration forms that have not been received by race organizers prior to the event being sold out shall be deemed invalid.
- Please note that neither a post-mark date (in the case of a mailed-in registration form) nor a dropped-off date (in the case of a dropped-off registration form) necessarily constitutes a registration as being officially received by - or in the possession of - the race organizers.
- Any payment (cheque, money order or cash) accompanying the aforementioned mailed-in or dropped-off registration forms shall be either destroyed or returned.
NEW FOR 2010: As we are increasing our registration limits in our full, half run, relay and mini events this year, NO waiting lists will be offered.
All entries are non-transferable.
